Abdullah bin Umar reported,

On the day of the Conquest, they completed their circuits around the House and between Safa and Marwa. Then the Prophet ﷺ entered the House, but Ibn Umar was unaware of it. When he was informed that the Prophet had gone inside, he came riding over the necks of the men so he could enter and follow the example of the Prophet ﷺ in how he prayed. He met him coming out at the door.He then asked Bilal the muezzin, "What did the Prophet ﷺ do when he entered the Kaabah?"Bilal replied, "He prayed two units of prayer facing forward, then he supplicated to Allah for a while, and then he came out."

ابن عمر قال

لما كان يوم الفتح قضوا طوافهم بالبيت وبالصفا والمروة ثم إن النبي ﷺ دخل البيت فغفل عنه ابن عمر فلما أنبئ بدخوله أقبل يركب أعناق الرجال فدخل يقتدي بالنبي ﷺ كيف يصلي فتلقاه عند الباب خارجا فسأل بلالا المؤذن كيف صنع النبي ﷺ حين دخل الكعبة قال صلى ركعتين حيال وجهه ثم دعا الله عز وجل ساعة ثم خرج
