He saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when a shoulder of mutton was brought to him. He ate it, then stood up to pray without touching a drop of water.

أنه رأى رسول الله ﷺ وأتي بكتف شاة فأكلها ثم قام إلى الصلاة ولم يمس قطرة ماء
Its isnad is sahih. Mughira bin Abu Rafi was deemed trustworthy by Ibn Hibban, while the others were silent about him. The hadith has already appeared at 23745.
