Abu Basrah set out during Ramadan from Alexandria, and when his food was brought to him he was told, "Our homes have not yet disappeared from our sight."He replied, "Do you turn away from the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"The narrator said, "We continued to eat until they reached such and such a place."
