He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for permission regarding the earnings of the cupper, and he forbade him from it. He kept asking him about it until the Prophet ﷺ said to him, "Use it as feed for your camel and as food for your servants."
حدثنا إسحاق بن عيسى أخبرنا مالك عن الزهري
أنه استأذن رسول الله ﷺ في إجارة الحجام فنهاه عنها فلم يسأله فيها حتى قال له اعلفه ناضحك وأطعمه رقيقك
Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Muhaysah is Haram bin Saad, or Saadah bin Muhaysah, but he is attributed to his grandfather in the versions of Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. He is trustworthy, and his hadith appears in the Sunan. This hadith is like the one before it. However, it has been said that he is Haram bin Muhaysah, without being attributed to his grandfather.
