Junada bin Abu Umaya reported,

I came to a man from among the companions of the Prophet ﷺ and said to him, "Narrate to me a hadith you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about Dajjal, and do not narrate to me from anyone else, even if you find that other narrator trustworthy."He said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "I warn you of the trial of Dajjal. There has been no prophet except that he warned his people, or his nation, about him. He is dark-skinned, with curly hair, and blind in his left eye. He will cause rain to fall but no tree to grow. He will be given power over a single soul, killing it and then bringing it back to life, and he will not be given power over anyone else. With him will be a garden and a fire, a river and water, and a mountain of bread. His garden is in reality fire, and his fire is in reality a garden. He will remain among you for forty mornings, during which he will reach every watering place except four mosques, the Sacred Mosque, the Mosque of Madinah, Mount Tur, and the Aqsa Mosque. If anything about him confuses you or seems ambiguous, then know that Allah عز وجل is not one-eyed."
