The Prophet ﷺ said, "No man begs while he possesses an uqiyah or its equivalent without his begging being importunate."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن مهدي عن سفيان عن زيد بن أسلم عن عطاء بن يسار
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يسأل رجل وله أوقية أو عدلها إلا سأل إلحافا
Its isnad is sahih. It was mentioned previously at 16363 with the same chain and wording. See also 11001 and 17171.
