The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Measure your food, and it will be blessed for you."
حدثنا هيثم يعني ابن خارجة حدثنا ابن عياش عن بحير بن سعد عن خالد بن معدان عن المقدام بن معدي كرب
قال رسول الله ﷺ كيلوا طعامكم يبارك لكم فيه
Its isnad is sahih, though there is some discussion regarding Ibn Ayyash, and it is like the one before it.
