We were with the Prophet ﷺ at a funeral. When we reached the grave, he sat on its edge and kept looking down into it. Then he said, "The believer is squeezed in it with a pressure that dislodges the straps of his sword, while the disbeliever has it filled with fire upon him."Then he said, "Shall I tell you about the worst of Allah's servants? The harsh and arrogant one. Shall I tell you about the best of Allah's servants? The weak one who is regarded as weak, the one with two worn-out garments, who, if he were to swear an oath by Allah, Allah would fulfill it."
حدثنا موسى بن داود حدثنا محمد بن جابر عن عمرو بن مرة عن أبي البختري
كنا مع النبي ﷺ في جنازة فلما انتهينا إلى القبر قعد على شفته فجعل يرد بصره فيه ثم قال يضغط المؤمن فيه ضغطة تزول منها حمائله ويملأ على الكافر نارا ثم قال ألا أخبركم بشر عباد الله الفظ المستكبر ألا أخبركم بخير عباد الله الضعيف المستضعف ذو الطمرين لو أقسم على الله لأبر الله قسمه
