Huzaifa bin Yaman reported,

He came to him in al-Madain, and Hudhayfah asked him, "What have your people done?"I said, "Which of their affairs are you asking about?"He said, "Which of them went out against this man," meaning Uthman.I said, "So-and-so, so-and-so, and so-and-so."He said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever departs from the community and treats leadership with contempt will meet Allah with no standing before Him.'"

عن حذيفة

أنه أتاه بالمدائن فقال له حذيفة ما فعل قومك قال قلت عن أي بالهم تسأل قال من خرج منهم إلى هذا الرجل يعني عثمان قال قلت فلان وفلان وفلان قال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من خرج من الجماعة واستذل الإمارة لقي الله عز وجل ولا وجه له عنده
