Huzaifa bin Yaman reported,

Aqib and Sayyid came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Send with us a trustworthy man."The Prophet ﷺ replied, "I will send with you a trustworthy man, a truly trustworthy man, a truly trustworthy man."The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ knelt up on their knees, eager for this honor. He then sent Abu Ubayda bin al-Jarrah .

عن حذيفة قال

جاء العاقب والسيد إلى النبي ﷺ فقالا أرسل معنا رجلا أمينا فقال النبي ﷺ سأرسل معكم رجلا أمينا أمينا أمينا قال فجثا لها أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ على الركب قال فبعث أبا عبيدة بن الجراح رضي الله عنه
