Huzaifa bin Yaman reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to the people of Najran, "I will surely send to you a man who is trustworthy, truly trustworthy." He repeated this more than twice, and the people looked forward to being chosen. He then sent Abu Ubayda .

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لأهل نجران لأبعثن إليكم رجلا أمينا حق أمين قالها أكثر من مرتين فاستشرف لها الناس فبعث أبا عبيدة رضي الله عنه
