I came to the Prophet ﷺ and prayed Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha with him. Then I followed him as he was about to enter one of his rooms. He stopped, and I was behind him, and it seemed as though he was speaking to someone.Then he asked, "Who is this?"I replied, "Hudhayfah."He asked, "Do you know who was with me?"I said, "No."He said, "Jibril came to give me the glad tidings that Hasan and Husayn are the masters of the youth of Paradise."Hudhayfah said, "Pray for forgiveness for me and for my mother."He said, "May Allah forgive you, Hudhayfah, and your mother."
حدثنا أسود بن عامر حدثنا إسرائيل عن ابن أبي السفر عن الشعبي
أتيت النبي ﷺ فصليت معه الظهر والعصر والمغرب والعشاء ثم تبعته وهو يريد يدخل بعض حجره فقام وأنا خلفه كأنه يكلم أحدا قال ثم قال من هذا قلت حذيفة قال أتدري من كان معي قلت لا قال فإن جبريل جاء يبشرني أن الحسن والحسين سيدا شباب أهل الجنة قال فقال حذيفة فاستغفر لي ولأمي قال غفر الله لك يا حذيفة ولأمك
