He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, "I vowed to slaughter three of my camels."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ replied, "If it was for one of the gatherings of the days of ignorance, or for one of the festivals of the days of ignorance, or for an idol, then no. But if it was for something other than that, then fulfill your vow."The man then said, "Messenger of Allah, the mother of this Jariya is bound by a vow to walk. May she walk on her behalf?"He answered, "Yes."
حدثنا أبو بكر الحنفي أخبرنا عبد الحميد بن جعفر عن عمرو بن شعيب
أنه سأل رسول الله ﷺ قال إني نذرت أن أنحر ثلاثة من إبلي قال إن كان على جمع من جمع الجاهلية أو على عيد من عيد الجاهلية أو على وثن فلا وإن كان على غير ذلك فاقض نذرك فقال يا رسول الله إن على أم هذه الجارية مشيا أفتمشي عنها قال نعم
