Its chain of transmission is daif, due to the obscurity of Sallam Absi. As for Zakariya bin Sallam Abu Yahya Absi, Ibn Hibban deemed him trustworthy, while Bukhari and Abu Hatim were silent about him. Haythami said, 5/217, "I could not identify Zakariya bin Sallam or his father."
