Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

His maternal aunt Umm Hufayd gifted the Messenger of Allah ﷺ some clarified butter, lizards, and dried curd. He ate from the butter and the curd but left the lizards out of distaste. They were eaten at the table of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and had they been forbidden, they would not have been eaten at the table of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.I asked, "Who said, 'Had they been forbidden'?"He replied, "Ibn Abbas ."

عن ابن عباس

أن خالته أم حفيد أهدت إلى رسول الله ﷺ سمنا وأضبا وأقطا قال فأكل من السمن ومن الأقط وترك الأضب تقذرا فأكل على مائدة رسول الله ﷺ ولو كان حراما لم يؤكل على مائدة رسول الله ﷺ قلت من قال لو كان حراما قال ابن عباس رضي الله عنه
