The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There will come over you rulers who will be preoccupied with matters that distract them from prayer, until they delay it past its proper time. So pray it at its proper time."A man asked, "Messenger of Allah, if I catch the prayer with them, should I pray with them too?"He replied, "If you wish."
