The Prophet ﷺ said, "There will be rulers whose affairs will distract them, causing them to delay the prayer past its proper time. So pray the prayer at its proper time, and let your prayer with them be voluntary."

عن النبي ﷺ ستكون أمراء تشغلهم أشياء يؤخرون الصلاة عن وقتها فصلوا الصلاة لوقتها واجعلوا صلاتكم معهم تطوعا
