I heard him say more than once or twice that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no commander of ten but that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection in chains, and nothing will release him from those chains except justice. And there is no man who learns the Quran and then forgets it but that he will meet Allah on the Day he meets Him as a leper."
حدثنا خلف بن الوليد حدثنا خالد عن يزيد بن أبي زياد عن عيسى بن فائد عن رجل
سمعت غير مرة ولا مرتين يقول قال رسول الله ﷺ ما من أمير عشرة إلا يؤتى به يوم القيامة مغلول لا يفكه من ذلك الغل إلا العدل وما من رجل قرأ القرآن فنسيه إلا لقي الله يوم يلقاه وهو أجذم
Its isnad is daif due to the anonymity of the narrator from Saad. The hadith has already appeared at 22355.
