The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I will be standing at the basin of my pool, driving people away from it to reserve it for the people of Yemen. I will strike with my staff until the water flows abundantly over them."He was asked about its width, and he replied, "From where I am standing to Amman."He was asked about its drink, and he said, "Whiter than milk and sweeter than honey. Two spouts branch into it, supplying it from Paradise. One is of gold and the other of silver."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إني لبعقر حوضي أذود عنه لأهل اليمن أضرب بعصاي حتى يرفض عليهم فسئل عن عرضه فقال من مقامي إلى عمان وسئل عن شرابه فقال أشد بياضا من اللبن وأحلى من العسل ينشعب فيه ميزابان يمدانه من الجنة أحدهما من ذهب والآخر من ورق
