I said to Thawban, the freed slave of the Prophet ﷺ, "Narrate to us a hadith from which Allah may benefit us."He said, I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "There is no servant who prostrates to Allah a single prostration except that Allah raises him by it one degree and removes from him by it one sin."

قلت لثوبان مولى النبي ﷺ حدثنا حديثا ينفعنا الله به قال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول ما من عبد يسجد لله سجدة إلا رفعه الله بها درجة وحط عنه بها خطيئة
