The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The nations are about to call one another against you from every horizon, just as diners call one another to their dish."We said, "Messenger of Allah, will it be because we are few in number on that day?"He replied, "On that day you will be many, but you will be like the froth carried by a flood. Allah will strip the awe of you from the hearts of your enemies and cast weakness into your hearts."We asked, "What is this weakness?"He answered, "Love of this world and hatred of death."

قال رسول الله ﷺ يوشك أن تداعى عليكم الأمم من كل أفق كما تداعى الأكلة على قصعتها قال قلنا يا رسول الله أمن قلة بنا يومئذ قال أنتم يومئذ كثير ولكن تكونون غثاء كغثاء السيل ينتزع المهابة من قلوب عدوكم ويجعل في قلوبكم الوهن قال قلنا وما الوهن قال حب الحياة وكراهية الموت
