He was the storyteller of the people in Constantinople. He said, Thawban was asked, "Tell us a hadith from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ."Thawban replied, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ vomit, and so he broke his fast."

وكان قاص الناس بقسطنطينية قال قيل لثوبان حدثنا عن رسول الله ﷺ قال رأيت رسول الله ﷺ قاء فأفطر
