The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever seizes a Muslim's right by means of an oath, Allah has thereby made Hellfire his due and forbidden Paradise to him."A man asked him, "Even if it is something trifling, Messenger of Allah?"He replied, "Even if it is a twig from a tooth-stick tree."He narrated it from Abu Umama bin Sahl, one of the tribe of Haritha.Abu Abdul-Rahman said, This is Abu Umama Harithi, and he is not Abu Umama Bahili.
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق عن معبد بن كعب فذكر مثله إلا أنه قال عن أبي أمامة بن سهل أحد بني حارثة قال أبو عبد الرحمن هذا أبو أمامة الحارثي وليس هو أبا أمامة الباهلي
