Abu Ghalib reported,

Abu Ghalib reported that he met Abu Umama in Hims and asked him about several matters. Abu Umama related to them that he heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "There is no Muslim servant who hears the call to prayer and then rises to perform his ablution except that he is forgiven with the first drop of water that strikes his palm. Then for every drop thereafter until he completes his ablution, his past sins are forgiven, and he stands up for his prayer as a voluntary act."Abu Ghalib said, I asked Abu Umama, "Did you yourself hear this from the Prophet ﷺ?"He replied, "Yes, by the One who sent him with the truth as a bearer of glad tidings and a warner. Not once, not twice, not three times, not four, not five, not six, not seven, not eight, not nine, not ten, but ten and ten and ten," and he clapped his hands together.

أبو غالب الراسبي

أنه لقي أبا أمامة بحمص فسأله عن أشياء حدثهم أنه سمع النبي ﷺ وهو يقول ما من عبد مسلم يسمع أذان صلاة فقام إلى وضوئه إلا غفر له بأول قطرة تصيب كفه من ذلك الماء فبعدد ذلك القطر حتى يفرغ من وضوئه إلا غفر له ما سلف من ذنوبه وقام إلى صلاته وهي نافلة قال أبو غالب قلت لأبي أمامة آنت سمعت هذا من النبي ﷺ قال إي والذي بعثه بالحق بشيرا ونذيرا غير مرة ولا مرتين ولا ثلاث ولا أربع ولا خمس ولا ست ولا سبع ولا ثمان ولا تسع ولا عشر وعشر وعشر وصفق بيديه
