The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us leaning on a staff, and we rose to our feet for him. He said, "Do not stand up the way the non-Arabs stand, glorifying one another."Then it seemed we wished that he would pray to Allah for us, so he said, "O Allah, forgive us, have mercy on us, be pleased with us, accept from us, admit us into Paradise, deliver us from the Fire, and set right all our affairs."It seemed we wished he would add more for us, so he said, "I have gathered the whole matter together for you."
