The Prophet ﷺ said, "When the circumcised parts meet, the bath becomes obligatory."
حدثنا أبو المغيرة حدثنا أبو بكر حدثنا ضمرة بن حبيب عن رجل
عن النبي ﷺ قال إذا جاوز الختان الختان فقد وجب الغسل
Its chain is daif, due to the unknown identity of the narrator from Muaz, and due to the weakness of Abu Bakr bin Abu Maryam. It is found in Tabarani, 8/291, no. 7955, and Haythami attributed it to both of them, 1/266, and graded it daif.
