The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered Abdullah bin Huzafa al-Sahmi to mount his camel during the days of Mina and call out among the people, "Let no one fast, for these are days of eating and drinking."The narrator said, "I saw him on his camel making that announcement."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أنا معمر عن الزهري عن مسعود بن الحكم الأنصاري
أمر رسول الله ﷺ عبد الله بن حذافة السهمي أن يركب راحلته أيام منى فيصيح في الناس لا يصومن أحد فإنها أيام أكل وشرب قال فلقد رأيته على راحلته ينادي بذلك
