We asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about wiping over the leather socks, and he granted a concession to the traveler for three days and their nights, and to the resident for one day and one night.Abdullah said, my father said, I heard it from Sufyan twice, where he mentioned the resident, and had the questioner pressed further in his question, he would have given them more.
