I asked, "Messenger of Allah, where will we stay tomorrow during your pilgrimage?"He replied, "Has Aqeel left us any house at all?"Then he said, "Tomorrow, Allah willing, we will camp at the valley of Banu Kinanah, meaning al-Muhassab, where Quraysh swore their oath of disbelief." This was because Banu Kinanah had made a pact with Quraysh against Banu Hashim, agreeing not to intermarry with them, not to trade with them, and not to give them shelter.Then at that point he said, "The disbeliever does not inherit from the Muslim, nor does the Muslim inherit from the disbeliever."Zuhri said, "Al-khayf means a valley."

قلت يا رسول الله أين ننزل غدا في حجته قال وهل ترك لنا عقيل منزلا ثم قال نحن نازلون غدا إن شاء الله بخيف بني كنانة يعني المحصب حيث قاسمت قريش على الكفر وذلك أن بني كنانة حالفت قريشا على بني هاشم أن لا يناكحوهم ولا يبايعوهم ولا يؤوهم ثم قال عند ذلك لا يرث الكافر المسلم ولا المسلم الكافر قال الزهري والخيف الوادي
