Zayd bin Khalid reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Jibreel 
came to me and said, 'Muhammad, instruct your companions to raise their voices in the talbiyah, for it is among the rites of the pilgrimage.'"

Ahmad Shakir
Its isnad is sahih. Abdullah bin Abu Labeeda is Abu Mughira al-Madani, whose hadith appears in Sahihayn. Khalid bin Saaib is al-Khazraji al-Ansari, said to have companionship with the Prophet, as stated by Ibn Hibban, Ibn Manda, Abu Naeem, and Ibn Abu Hatim. The hadith has previously appeared at 16519.
