When we were copying the Quran into the official codices, I noticed that one verse from Surah al-Ahzab was missing. I used to hear the Messenger of Allah ﷺ reciting it, "Some men have been true to their covenant with Allah" [Ahzab 33:23]. I searched for it and found it with Khuzayma bin Thabit, so I added it to its proper place in the surah within the codex.

فقدت آية من سورة الأحزاب حين نسخنا المصاحف قد كنت أسمع رسول الله ﷺ يقرأ بها {رجال صدقوا ما عاهدوا الله عليه} فالتمستها فوجدتها مع خزيمة بن ثابت فألحقتها في سورتها في المصحف
