The Prophet ﷺ said to Bilal, "Bilal, you call the adhan when the dawn is shooting straight up into the sky, but that is not the true dawn. The true dawn is like this, spreading across the horizon."Then he called for his suhoor and ate. He used to say, "My ummah will remain in goodness as long as they delay the suhoor and hasten the breaking of the fast."
