The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I know the last person to come out of the Fire and the last person to enter Paradise. A man will be brought forward, and it will be said, 'Set aside his major sins and ask him about his minor ones.' So it will be said to him, 'You did such-and-such on such-and-such a day, and you did such-and-such on such-and-such a day.' He will say, 'My Lord, I have done things I do not see here.'"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then laughed until his molars showed.He continued, "It will be said to him, 'For every bad deed you have a good deed in its place.'"
حدثنا أبو معاوية حدثنا الأعمش عن المعرور بن سويد
قال رسول الله ﷺ إني لأعرف آخر أهل النار خروجا من النار وآخر أهل الجنة دخولا الجنة يؤتى برجل فيقول نحوا كبار ذنوبه وسلوه عن صغارها قال فيقال له عملت كذا يوم كذا وكذا وعملت كذا يوم كذا وكذا قال فيقول يا رب لقد عملت أشياء لم أرها هنا قال فضحك رسول الله ﷺ حتى بدت نواجذه قال فيقال له فإن لك مكان كل سيئة حسنة
