Abu Dharr reported,

My dear friend advised me with three things. Listen and obey, even if the one in authority is a slave with amputated limbs. When you cook a broth, add plenty of water to it, then look to a household among your neighbors and send them a fitting portion of it. Pray each prayer at its proper time. If you arrive and find that the imam has already prayed, you have secured your prayer. Otherwise, what you pray with him will count as voluntary.

عن أبي ذر قال

أوصاني خليلي عليه السلام بثلاثة اسمع وأطع ولو لعبد مجدع الأطراف وإذا صنعت مرقة فأكثر ماءها ثم انظر أهل بيت من جيرانك فأصبهم منه بمعروف وصل الصلاة لوقتها وإذا وجدت الإمام قد صلى فقد أحرزت صلاتك وإلا فهي نافلة
