The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most intense in love for me among my nation will be a people who come or appear after me. One of them would gladly give up his family and his wealth just to have seen me."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن يحيى حدثني أبو صالح عن رجل من بني أسد ويعلى حدثنا يحيى عن ذكوان أبي صالح عن رجل من بني أسد أن
قال رسول الله ﷺ أشد أمتي لي حبا قوم يكونون أو يخرجون بعدي يود أحدهم أنه أعطى أهله وماله وأنه رآني
Its isnad is daif due to the anonymity of the narrator from Abu Dharr, but the hadith is sahih. Hakim graded it sahih in 4/85, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
