Abu Dharr reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A man's prayer is broken when there is nothing in front of him equivalent to the back of a saddle, by a woman, a donkey, or a black dog passing in front of him."I asked, "What distinguishes the black dog from the red one?"He replied, "Nephew, I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the same question you have asked me, and he said, 'The black dog is a devil.'"

عن أبي ذر قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ يقطع صلاة الرجل إذا لم يكن بين يديه كآخرة الرحل المرأة والحمار والكلب الأسود قلت ما بال الأسود من الأحمر قال ابن أخي سألت رسول الله ﷺ كما سألتني فقال الكلب الأسود شيطان
