The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite in the witr prayer "Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High" [Ala 87:1], "Say, O disbelievers" [Kafirun 109:1], and "Say, He is Allah, the One" [Ikhlas 112:1]. After giving the salam, he would say, "Glory be to the King, the Most Holy," three times.
حدثنا عبد الله حدثني أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة حدثنا محمد بن أبي عبيدة حدثنا أبي عن الأعمش عن طلحة اليامي عن ذر عن ابن عبد الرحمن بن أبزي عن أبيه
كان رسول الله ﷺ يقرأ في الوتر بسبح اسم ربك الأعلى وقل يا أيها الكافرون وقل هو الله أحد فإذا سلم قال سبحان الملك القدوس ثلاث مرات
Its isnad is sahih. Muhammad bin Abu Ubayda, that is Abdul-Malik bin Maen, is trustworthy and a hafiz, as is his father, and their hadith is found in Muslim. The hadith is like the one before it.
