Its chain of transmission is sahih. It is found in Majma al-Zawaid 1:60, where he said, Ahmad, Tabarani in Kabir and Awsat, and Bazzar reported it, and it contains Ibn Ishaq, who is a mudallis and did not state clearly that he heard it directly.
