The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came in upon us while we were raising our hands in the prayer, and he said, "Why do I see you raising your hands as though they were the tails of restive horses? Be still in the prayer."He also came in upon us in the mosque while we were sitting in scattered circles, and he said, "Why do I see you in separate groups?"
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا الأعمش عن المسيب بن رافع عن تميم بن طرفة
دخل علينا رسول الله ﷺ ونحن رافعي أيدينا في الصلاة فقال ما لي أراكم رافعي أيديكم كأنها أذناب خيل شمس اسكنوا في الصلاة قال ودخل علينا المسجد ونحن حلق متفرقون فقال ما لي أراكم عزين
