The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "For a man to discipline his child is better for him than giving half a saa in charity every day."Abu Abdul-Rahman said, "My father did not narrate to me from Nasih Abu Ubaydullah any hadith other than this one."
حدثنا علي بن ثابت عن ناصح أبي عبيد الله عن سماك بن حرب
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لأن يؤدب الرجل ولده خير له من أن يتصدق كل يوم بنصف صاع و قال أبو عبد الرحمن ما حدثني أبي عن ناصح أبي عبيد الله غير هذا الحديث
