The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us at Arafat. Muqaddami in his version of the report said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ delivering a sermon at Mina." This is the wording of Abu Rabi's report.I heard him say, "This affair will continue to be mighty and prevailing until twelve men rule, all of them..."Then the people made a clamor and spoke, so I could not catch what he said after "all of them."I asked my father, "Father, what came after 'all of them'?"He replied, "All of them from Quraysh."In Qawariri's version, the wording is, "No one who opposes or separates from it will harm it, until twelve men rule."

خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ بعرفات وقال المقدمي في حديثه سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يخطب بمنى وهذا لفظ حديث أبي الربيع فسمعته يقول لن يزال هذا الأمر عزيزا ظاهرا حتى يملك اثنا عشر كلهم ثم لغط القوم وتكلموا فلم أفهم قوله بعد كلهم فقلت لأبي يا أبتاه ما بعد كلهم قال كلهم من قريش وقال القواريري في حديثه لا يضره من خالفه أو فارقه حتى يملك اثنا عشر
