When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed Fajr, he would remain seated in his place of prayer until the sun rose.
حدثنا عبد الله حدثني خلف بن هشام البزار المقري حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن سماك
كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا صلى الفجر قعد في مصلاه حتى تطلع الشمس
Its chain of transmission is sahih, it has already appeared at 20713.
