The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent us, the young boys of Banu Abdul-Muttalib, ahead from Muzdalifah at night on our small donkeys. He began patting our thighs and saying, "My little sons, do not throw the pebbles at the Jamrah until the sun has risen."

قدمنا رسول الله ﷺ أغيلمة بني عبد المطلب من جمع بليل على حمرات لنا فجعل يلطح أفخاذنا ويقول أبينى لا ترموا الجمرة حتى تطلع الشمس
