The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us at Arafat and said, "This affair will remain mighty, impregnable, and victorious over those who oppose it until twelve rulers have governed."Then he said something I could not make out, so I asked my father, "What did he say after the words 'all of them'?"He replied, "He said, 'All of them from Quraysh.'"This is from the hadith of Abu Abdul-Rahman, narrating from his teachers, on the authority of Jabir bin Samura, from the Prophet ﷺ.
حدثنا يونس بن محمد حدثنا حماد يعني ابن زيد حدثنا مجالد عن الشعبي
خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ بعرفات فقال لا يزال هذا الأمر عزيزا منيعا ظاهرا على من ناوأه حتى يملك اثنا عشر كلهم قال فلم أفهم ما بعد قال فقلت لأبي ما قال بعدما قال كلهم قال كلهم من قريش ومن حديث أبي عبد الرحمن عن مشايخه من حديث جابر بن سمرة عن النبي ﷺ
