The Prophet ﷺ came out to his companions while they were sitting in scattered groups and said, "Why do I see you in separate clusters?"
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن سليمان قال سمعت المسيب بن رافع يحدث عن تميم بن طرفة
عن النبي ﷺ أنه خرج على أصحابه فقال ما لي أراكم عزين وهم قعود
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy and previously mentioned. The hadith was narrated by Muslim, 1/322, no. 430, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on the command to remain still, by Abu Dawud in the Book of Manners, 4/258, no. 4823, and by Nasai in the Book of Leading the Prayer, 2/92.
