Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are trustworthy and well-known, and Simak bin Harb is trustworthy, praised by scholars, though his narration from Ikrima is subject to some criticism, so if he narrates alone from him it is daif, but if corroborated it is sahih. Israil is Ibn Yunus, who is a well-known and often-cited trustworthy narrator, and his narration appears in the collections of the group. This hadith was narrated by Muslim, 4/2239, no. 2923, in the Book of Tribulations, and it has already appeared at 9512.
