A man reported,

We said to Bashir bin al-Khasasiyyah, and his name had not been Bashir, but the Messenger of Allah ﷺ named him Bashir, "We have neighbors from Banu Tamim. Whenever a stray animal of ours wanders off, they take it. Yet sometimes things from their property come to us. May we take them?"He replied, "No."
