Asim, who had seen the Prophet ﷺ, reported that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ set out on a journey, he would say, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardship of travel, from a sorrowful return, from regression after progress, from the supplication of the wronged, and from witnessing distressing sights concerning my wealth and family." When he returned, he would say the same, except that he would say, "from witnessing distressing sights concerning my family and wealth," beginning with the family.
حدثنا أبو معاوية حدثنا عاصم الأحول
عاصم وقد كان رأى النبي ﷺ كان رسول الله ﷺ إذا خرج في سفر قال اللهم إني أعوذ بك من وعثاء السفر وكآبة المنقلب والحور بعد الكور ودعوة المظلوم وسوء المنظر في المال والأهل وإذا رجع قال مثلها إلا أنه يقول وسوء المنظر في الأهل والمال يبدأ بالأهل
