You are performing deeds that appear in your eyes finer than a hair, but during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ we used to count them among the destructive sins.

إنكم تعملون أعمالا هي أدق في أعينكم من الشعر إن كنا لنعدها على عهد رسول الله ﷺ من الموبقات
Its isnad is sahih. This Abu Qatada is al-Adawi, whose name is Tamim bin Nadhir, one of the trustworthy Followers. His hadith is found in Muslim, and it has been said that he had companionship with the Prophet.
