Its isnad is daif, due to the unknown status of Khalifah bin Abdullah Ghubari - it is also said that his name was Abdullah bin Khalifah, as reported by Nasai - and he is considered unknown by the scholars.The hadith about asking that he refers to is the one about a man who came to the Prophet ﷺ asking him, which will come right after this one. It is found in Nasai, 5/64, in the chapter on zakat, on asking.
